  • How do we preserve God's most important natural resource? ... by thinking righteous thoughts, proper diet and daily exercise.
    We have been given the ability to do and accomplish. We have been given Love. We have been given sound, discipline reasoning. Therefore fear, timidity and other unhealthy emotions cannot be tolerated.
    Do not associate with troublesome, bitter and envious people; even though they may be popular, rich or good-looking. A person will action what they think in their heart. So, believe in what a person does and not always in what he or she says.
    All things - every instance, every day whether good or bad will work in your favor if you learn something positive from them. And you must apply what you've learned (with good intent) to your specific cause(s) or goal(s). What is your purpose in life?
    No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.

  • Our purpose at Quality Wellness is to ensure a faith-based, community oriented organization that will both develop and promote right thinking, physical education and fitness programs that inspire participation and moreover aide in the fight against obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and the many other health related diseases that plague today’s society.

    The concept of this ‘Quality’ movement will provide an avenue of integrity for positive personal growth through active events, fitness training and educational programs. We envision a future which offers long-life and the opportunity to learn, enjoy and ultimately embrace the shared passion of ‘being physically and spiritually fit’.

  • FAITH IN FITNESS

    For quite some time, industry has separated the phrase ‘faith and fitness’ distinguishing between the two. OK, Stop It! From now on the two words are interrelated, Faith IN Fitness. Faith, defined as the full confidence and confirmation of the things we hope for and the proof (evidence) of the things we cannot see or sense yet. By plugging faith into our fitness goals, we must first have full confidence that we are made in the image of God. We must be confident that by the stripes of Jesus, we are already healed. When attaining our fit goals we must be certain that if we consistently exercise and eat right, it will have a positive effect to our blood pressure. Faith that the more we do cardiovascular exercises, the stronger our hearts will get – which will decrease our chances of heart disease and failure. read more....
